Chase Leisure Centre has opened a new Reformer studio, run by Everyone Active in partnership with Cannock Chase District Council. The studio opened on Monday, July 13, and features 20 Reformer machines in a purpose-built space.
Reformer is performed on a specialist machine with adjustable resistance and a moving platform. The workout can be tailored to individual fitness levels and is popular for strengthening the core, improving flexibility and assisting with rehabilitation. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
Free trial sessions available
Trial sessions are available until Sunday, July 26. Members can take part in one class per week for free during this period. Trial sessions can be booked via the Everyone Active app or website.
Reformer FitCore classes are being run at the site. These classes focus on full-body strengthening and offer an accessible route into Reformer for all abilities.
Part of wider leisure investment
The Reformer studio is part of a £2.8 million overhaul of leisure facilities in Cannock Chase.
